Refund Policy

We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after purchasing your program to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund. A refund claim is acceptable in case of the inability or incompetency of service execution and in which case a fair calculation of compensation against the time and efforts must be evaluated. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the scope and work done on the project, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.

Exchange of Services

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to accept an alternative or exchange service of your original purchase, and once the exchange of service is accepted, make a separate request for a new program.


Refunds 

Cx Connector is a services-based consulting firm and is fully eligible to be compensated against its time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting and services. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable unless expressly declared.

Full refund will be issued in case of technical error such as double charging or any other cases where CX Connector are responsible.

Any refunds requested due to a customer error will be subject to a $ 150 administration charge, once approved.

Any refund once approved, will be processed within 30-45 working days.
